Engineered with Hydro Activated Filtration™ and Smart Sense™ technology, the Clean Rain Ultra automatically filters out leaves, debris, and pests while diverting the first flush of dirty roof water away from your collection system. This intelligent design ensures that the rainwater you capture is as clean and clear as possible. Its sleek cover and cap provide a stylish, integrated look that blends into your downspout, and the durable body can rotate 180° to adapt to virtually any installation environment.
How It Works
As rainwater flows through your downspout, the angled Leaf Slide “fingers” and vibrating 955-micron stainless steel screen deflect leaves and larger particles while shedding debris to prevent clogging. The Smart Sense™ First Flush Diverter then kicks in, automatically detecting and diverting the first flow of rainwater—which typically carries dust, pollen, bird droppings, and roof contaminants—safely to stormwater. Once this polluted runoff has been removed, the system seamlessly allows cleaner rainwater to flow through to your collection point. A built-in safety overflow ensures proper drainage during heavy downpours.
