Water Pump Outlet Stud Kit for Full-Range GM Duramax Engines (2001–2025)

Fits: 2001 thru 2025 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML/L5P Duramax Diesel

Replacement stud kit for your water pump. These studs will go from the water pump cover to the water pump outlet pipe that goes to your oil cooler.

Includes:

• (2) Outlet Studs
• (2) Flange Nuts

Notes:

• 2016 requires longer studs so the engine bay harness can attach to the protruding stud end at the front of the water pump.
• Hand tighten the outlet stud onto the water pump. Hand tighten the water pump outlet nut once you have the outlet pipe all lined up. Torque down the outlet nut to 18 lb-fts. Failure to do so will cause the stud to go to far into the cover and crack.
