When dispensing water and ice from the refrigerator, you expect it to be clean and clear. Particulates and contaminants, however, may be present in your water supply, making water appear and taste dirty. The aftermarket Supco WF285 filter removes these dangerous and unwanted additives. With carbon media, the filter traps and removes chlorine odor and taste, turbidity, rust, lime scale, dirt, lead and other particulates. Along with removing contaminants, the filter processes water at a flow rate of 0.5 gallons per minute.
