GM-OEM EGR Cooler to Heater Core Hose for 2004.5–2007 Duramax LLY & LBZ

Fits: 2004.5 thru 2007 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LLY/LBZ Duramax Diesel

OEM replacement coolant return hose. This hose goes from the exhaust gas recirculation cooler to the heater core. Due to age and heat, this hose will leak over time. We recommend replacing the hose and connector fitting at the same time.
