Fits: 2006 thru 2010 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LBZ/LMM Duramax Diesel

Replace worn or leaking filter head hoses with these OEM GM replacements. These are a direct replacement for the factory fuel filter head. It is common for these hoses to dry out and develop cracks near the ends and need to be replaced.
