Over time the stock LB7 valve cover bolts start to wear out due to often removal of the valve covers. As the truck gets into the higher mileage range, failures begin occurring causing the need to remove the valve covers. The Automotive Racing Products Inc 12pt valve cover bolts are manufactured to be more resiliant against the constant wear of a heavy duty diesel. Select between Stainless Steel hardware and Black Oxide Finish, both provide excellent corrosion resistance.
