Introducing the Freedom Series cylinder heads for the 6.6L Duramax! Give new life to your Duramax with our fully manufactured in house cylinder heads. Each cylinder head is manufactured in our state-of-the-art Freedom Racing Engine shop and guaranteed to meet or exceed factory specifications. All heads are meticulously cleaned, inspected, pressure and leak tested, decked, and are equipped with new valve guides, springs, and valve seals.  Perfect for the daily driver or towing application.  Utilizes stock valves with a 45 degree angle on the intake and exhaust.

• We recommend using GM 12637788 head gasket (Grade C, Right) and GM 12637785 head gasket (Grade C, Left)
