Fits: 2001 thru 2016 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML Duramax Diesel
Power loss and priming issues are present in some trucks because of a leak in the stock water in fuel sensor. Fix this issue by using our water in fuel drain as a direct replacement. This drain deletes the factory WIF sensor mechanism so that your filter is less prone to leaks. This replacement will not turn on your check engine light or throw any trouble codes.
Instructions:
- In high humidity areas drain frequently.
- Make sure engine is off and cool to the touch
- Open vent plug & open drain valve to remove water, close drain immediately after water has emptied from filter.
- Water is heavier than fuel, it will settle to the bottom of the filter and will be a different color
